Top cycling routes Singapore
Bedok.
The establishment of the Bedok Cycling Network began in 2015, and so far the 13 km network is finally complete for opening by the end of this year. The network comprises specially demarcated bicycle paths, and modern bicycle parking boxes have also been built along with popular areas. The completion of the new Outdoor Play Corridor means a connection with the Bedok Cycling Network. This will ease residents to cycle to Bedok Reservoir, East Coast Park, and other prestigious recreational areas. Besides, you can quickly cycle to your work situation using these routes if you work around the vicinity.

Jurong East.
There is more than the High-speed Rail. One year ago, the biggest town in Western Singapore just uncovered the modern 15 km cycling network that connects Chinese Garden, Jurong East, and the Lakeside. An underway plan is to establish a cycling network for the Taman Jurong neighborhood by early next year. These two networks are meant to integrate for greater accessibility and convenience. Once these cycling routes are complete, Jurong East will be one of the best places to live and discover Singapore on wheels, as you can safely cycle to work to any of these locations.
International Business Park. About 1.6 km
Clementi West LogisPark. About 3.8 km
Pandan Loop Industrial Estate. About 4.1 km
Cycling Toa Payoh and One-North. About 7.5 km.
Toa Payoh.
Although the North-South MRT route is drastically getting unbearably overcrowded during the busy hours, the good news is that residents will no longer have to wait for too long. The Land Transport Authority has authorized two contracts to construct NSC tunnels (North-South Corridor) starting from Toa Payoh. Fortunately, the NSC tunnels include a cycling trunk route that connects with the National Cycling routes and existing cycling path network within and beyond Toa Payoh neighborhoods. Apart from the ease of access to MacRitchie Reservoir Park and a secure path to the Recreation Area, the Marina Reservoir, the residents can quickly cycle to the various work destinations.
Tai Seng Industrial Estate (about 6.3km)
Paya Lebar Central (about 6.5km)
Geylang Bahru Industrial Estate (about 3km)

What determines the “easy of cycling” in an area?
Are you looking forward to cycling to your work destination in Singapore, but you don’t know what factors to consider? Pay attention to neighborhoods you’ll be settling and see if there is the availability of seamless access to your home and workplace on your two wheels. For instance, you can explore the area on your bike so that you can test-run from your typical home to work. If you find the journey pleasant, then you can seal the deal through.
